Does ParkShare store card details?

No. Card payments are processed through Stripe. ParkShare stores booking and payment status records, but not full card numbers on ParkShare servers.

What if a driver cannot access the space?

The driver should contact the host through the app if possible and contact ParkShare support with the booking details. ParkShare can review booking records, messages, and listing information to help decide the next step.
