Secure payments through Stripe
ParkShare uses Stripe to process payments. ParkShare stores booking and payment status records, but does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
Clear listing information
Hosts are expected to provide accurate details about their parking space, including the address, space type, access notes, availability, and any instructions a driver should know before parking.
Host-driver messaging
ParkShare includes messaging so drivers and hosts can communicate about bookings, access details, arrival questions, and practical parking information.
Host verification and review flow
Hosts can submit their space and contact details before public listing. ParkShare may review host and listing information to help keep listings accurate and suitable for the platform.
Booking records
ParkShare keeps booking records, messages, payment status, refund status, and related account information so support can review issues if something goes wrong.
Driver responsibility
Drivers are responsible for parking only in the booked space, following host instructions, respecting the property, and leaving on time unless they have made another arrangement through ParkShare.
Host responsibility
Hosts are responsible for making sure they have the right to list the space, keeping access clear during booked times, and providing accurate information about the space.
